HOW IT WORKS:
We will conduct meetings on a weekly basis. A typical session lasts about an hour. I prefer skype interface meetings as they seem to be the most effective way to communicate especially when evaluating triggers and difficulties, although they can also be conducted via phone or email. Each meeting is friendly and relaxed, yet highly informative. These meetings are specifically designed to discuss, brainstorm and layout the framework that will alleviate your current struggles in a comprehendible step by step manner.
Each consult will consist of the following:
- Evaluation of current situation
- Goal setting
- Creating solutions and strategies to overcome your current situation
- Working through emotional pitfalls, set-backs and triggers
- Progress evaluation
It’s pretty rare to identify, strategize a plan, set goals, and solve problems by conversing only once. Your best bet for success is for us to communicate (at least once a week) over a minimum period of one month. During this time, we will have plenty of opportunity to cover the needed items, formulate a strategy and implement it for your weight-loss and wellness success. Every person is different — no situation is exactly the same. For this reason, it’s hard to say how many sessions may be required.
Packages starts with 4 sessions and move up in 4 session increments. Clients are encouraged to schedule and participate in a minimum of 4 sessions each calendar month. If for any reason you should miss a sessions without a 24 hour notice you will not be able to roll that session over to the next month’s cycle.
